This book talks all about . the inventions, technology, and, people of the Industrial Revolution. The book introduced me to the topic that I chose. Also it talks about the inventors and most of my controls.

Evans, Oliver. Address. This was about a quote that Oliver Evans says. He talks about how there will be a time when the steam engine powers transportation. People would be able to travel from Washington to Baltimore to Philadelphia and to New York while eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner all in one day. Also, he says that hundreds of boats would be on the Mississippi River.

In my opinion, I think the graph increases because of the Industrial Revolution.

Part of this video shows the major effects of the steam engine and the railroad. The steam engine was first used for steamboats, but others thought of the idea of the train with a steam engine. The railroad transports all the raw goods that needed to be moved. This happened for export and import.
“Industrial Revolution.” New York Times [New York City] 11 Apr. 1920: n. pag. Print. This certain piece of the newspaper helps me with one of my controls. It talks about how the steam engine brought the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. Also it talks about how the railroad improved trade.

It said, “transportation systems such as railroads and canals, which encouraged commerce and trade.” This shows that transportation helped the economy.

This website had a picture that I needed very badly. As I searched for a perfect electric motor in the Industrial Revolution, I came upon this image and decided it was good. I put this on my website so everybody knew what an electric motor looked like. This supported my third control of electricity.
